To ensure publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author has to register by submitting a normal registration fee within deadline as indicated below.

Once your paper is accepted, the registration process begins. Then you have to complete the required steps for successful completion of registration.
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program.
